The Damascus Recovery Center (under construction) will be located two blocks from Dyersburg Square at 325 South Mill Ave.   Currently, the downstairs is a large new thrift store called HEAVEN CENT, is open for business every Friday and Saturday between 9am till approximately 2pm every week.

Heaven Cent Thrift Store is possibly one of the largest thrift stores in Dyersburg with great deals – come and see!   And we also have a crew for donation pick up’s – so call us if you want to donate! The upstairs will be the DAMASCUS RECOVERY CENTER, is currently “under construction” with the help of area volunteers, and hopefully will open its doors sometime in 2017.

In May of 2012, Billy and Sammy Rogers donated nine acres of land within the Dyersburg city limits to the Damascus project which will be used in future projects (note pictures). This excellent donation will allow Damascus to grow and assist the Dyersburg area with its recovery center efforts.

The facility will be a 24-hour, professionally staffed, residential recovery program offering sanctuary to men seeking a new road in life."
